Healthy challenge .. it's a picture of me 6 years ago .. at that time my weight 56kg .. surprise early 2013, my weight 80kg!!! Oh my god .. I need to do something before its too late .. my knee pain , exhausted body !!!oh my ..oh my!.. so I started my diet now, Alhamdulillah weight decrease to 76kg
I try to exercise 20 minutes every day (home or gym)..wish me luck!!!
Minuman saya sekarang..blend sayuran,lemon,epal,tomato,carrot,saderi..go hanuni..go!!!
